Equipped kitchen area: washing machine, large fridge, television, microwave, freezer, vacuum cleaner, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. One bedroom with a 140 cm bed. One bedroom with two twin beds. Shower room. Separate WC. Terrace + small garden. Private parking n° 33.
Deposit: 380 euros. Administration fees: 29 euros + Tourist tax to be paid on site 1.44 euros / day / adult. Sheet and towel rental package: 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or to be done yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11 a.m.: make an appointment upon arrival as someone comes to carry out the inventory. Insurance: please provide us with your civil liability certificate otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
