Discover this superb new 43 m² air-conditioned apartment, perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 3 adults or a family with 2 children, in an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday in Vias.
Located within a private and secure residence, it allows you to fully enjoy your stay without constraints: the beach and the shopping avenue are accessible on foot.
The bright and welcoming living room features a 120cm sofa bed, suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, a pleasant dining area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and direct access to the outside.
The modern and exceptionally well-equipped kitchen will allow you to cook just like at home. You will find: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator, and a separate freezer, not to mention all the necessary everyday utensils.
On the sleeping side, the accommodation includes a large, comfortable bedroom with a 160cm double bed.

The modern and functional bathroom includes a shower, a sink, a toilet, a towel warmer and a hairdryer.

The accommodation has a private parking space in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, very convenient for easy unloading upon arrival.
A secure bicycle storage area is also available in the residence.

By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €400 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT.
Mandatory cleaning service in July and August.

Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
