Nestled in a very quiet area of Grau d’Agde, the villa charms with its peaceful atmosphere, refined decoration and comfort. You immediately feel at home, in a place designed to relax, laugh and create meaningful memories together.
The villa features 3 bedrooms: a beautiful ground-floor master bedroom in a step-free living area (except pool access), and upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a game area with foosball and a small terrace. The spacious open-plan living room and kitchen enhance shared moments, while outside, the private non-heated pool, pétanque court, BBQ and garage complete the experience.
