At Villa Maya, everything begins with a rare feeling: a new, elegant and light-filled home just a few steps from the sand, thanks to its private beach access. Here, you experience the very best of Grau d’Agde: the family-friendly spirit of the seaside, mornings facing the Mediterranean and the pleasure of doing everything on foot.
The villa welcomes up to 6 guests in a contemporary, warm atmosphere, carefully styled by an interior decorator. On the ground floor, the open living area is made for shared meals and slow evenings by the heated pool. The SMEG-equipped kitchen extends outdoors with an electric plancha and summer dining. A master suite with king size bed, dressing room and private shower room completes this level.
Upstairs, the second master suite offers a king size bed, a private shower room with WC and a terrace overlooking the pool. The third bedroom, with queen size bed, has access to a bathroom with bathtub and WC. An independent WC on the ground floor adds comfort, along with ducted air conditioning adjustable room by room and a secure carport.
The sea-view rooftop is one of Villa Maya’s great privileges: a private, intimate space open to the horizon, ideal for sunrise coffee, yoga, sunbathing or a peaceful aperitif.
From the villa, enjoy the family charm of Grau d’Agde while staying close to Cap d’Agde, its marina, lively atmosphere and renowned International Golf of Cap d’Agde.
