The owner's note, Arounny et Anaïs

Center Port district - Residence Ile Saint Martin Marina 4 rooms - approximately 137 m² - up to 6 people. Located in the heart of the port, the Residence "Ile Saint Martin" offers luxury marinas with their private pontoon. Between the gardens of the residence and the water of the sea, each marina offers total privacy since there are very few, if any, vis-à-vis between the villas. The residence is located 1.3 km from the leisure island where the Dino World children's amusement park, the Luna Park amusement park and many bars, restaurants and two nightclubs are located. Saint Martin Island is a real haven of peace, highly secure and away from other residences since the island consists only of the residence. This luxury marina consists of a ground floor as well as an upper floor without a lift. The villa is accessible by car through the garage (two car spaces in a large garage closed by an electric shutter) or on foot via the gardens with an access badge. The ground floor includes a garage equipped with a washing line and a dryer, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a dining room with a table for seven people, an office area, a living room with two sofas non-convertible as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The living room is equipped with a television connected via wifi with an Orange TV box and a Canal+ decoder. The kitchen is equipped with an American fridge with an ice cube and fresh water dispenser, a dishwasher, an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, a a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, a cookéo and a toaster. All the kitchen necessities are available in the cupboards (champagne bucket, electric knife, mixer, blender, citrus press, crepe makers, etc.). The kitchen and the living room overlook the garden where there is a terrace for outdoor dining and a superb jacuzzi for with a view of the port. The garden gives access to the pontoon area via a gate that allows you to walk around the island. The floor is accessible via a wooden staircase which gives access to a sunny terrace overlooking the gardens of the residence. Immediately on the left is a bedroom with a large built-in closet and two 90 single beds which can be pushed together or separated for two people. Leaving this bedroom, there is a small office with a printer on the left and a separate WC on the right. Next to the WC, there is a bathroom on the right with a bathtub and a double washbasin. At the end of the corridor are two bedrooms connected by the same balcony with a splendid view of the port and the pontoons and their boats. The right bedroom has two 90 single beds for two people which can be pushed together or separated, as well as a built-in cupboard and a small television. The room on the left is the largest since in addition to a 160 double bed for two people, a television with integrated TNT and a large integrated cupboard, there is a bathroom with a bathtub with a double sink. The "Plus" of this rental by the sea: Luxury marina with garden equipped with a jacuzzi overlooking the private pontoons of the residence and the port of Cap d'Agde. Very secure residence with cameras at all access points. Villa very well equipped and intimate not overlooked with neighbors.
