VV08 - Superb air-conditioned 4-bedroom villa with its large garden and private swimming pool located in a quiet street in Vias, a typical Mediterranean village 2.5 km from the beaches.
Just 2.5 km from the sea, this spacious villa welcomes you to a peaceful setting in the heart of a residential neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac. An ideal setting for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
The villa is spread over several levels, with the living areas located on a half-landing accessible by five steps from the main entrance. This central level offers a vast, bright space combining a living room, lounge, and open-plan kitchen, extended by a veranda. The whole opens directly onto a large terrace and a 450 m², fully fenced, wooded garden with a private in-ground pool, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.
The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and everything you need to cook comfortably.
The sleeping area is spread over two separate levels:
Below the living room, a wide corridor leads to two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a double bed (160x190).
- A bedroom overlooking the garden, with two single beds (90x190), which can be pushed together.
Part of the corridor can be separated by a curtain to create a third sleeping area, equipped with two single beds (90x190). This level also includes a shower cubicle with a sink open to the corridor, as well as a nursery area and a washing machine.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with a 180 cm bed (made up of two 90x200 cm box springs) completes the sleeping area. Right next to it is a large separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and plenty of storage space.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with large closets for your optimal comfort.
Outside, enjoy the large, enclosed, and perfectly landscaped garden. The private pool is secured by child-friendly barriers. Several relaxation areas with sun loungers await you, all hidden from view.
A terrace shaded by a pergola invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco. A gas barbecue is available for your summer grilling, and a lush green area is perfect for delicious naps.
Located in Vias, this villa offers peace, comfort, space, and close proximity to the sea. Parking at Vias beach is free, and a shuttle bus makes it easy to get between the village and the seaside.
The garden is fully fenced. You can easily park several cars in front of the house.

The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.

By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
