ML02 - Superb new 63m² 4-room apartment on the 1st floor without elevator with its South-West facing terrace.
This 63 m² air-conditioned apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift, is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed, as well as a third bedroom equipped with two single beds, ideal for accommodating the whole family.
You will appreciate the calm of its large shaded terrace of 17 m², opening onto a vast “green strip” of 3 hectares, a true haven of peace for young and old.
For moments of relaxation and refreshment, the shared swimming pool of the Marina Lodge residence is accessible to all residents and open from June 1st to September 30th. A perfect setting for a relaxing vacation, between nature and comfort.
The accommodation includes 2 parking spaces at the entrance to the residence and a "drop-off" space 15m from the front door, very practical for unloading luggage!
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and preserved natural spaces to discover through pleasant discovery circuits, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.
The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €100 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
