AL01 - This pleasant apartment with its large terrace is located in a quiet area, close to the shopping avenue of Vias Plage
This charming, air-conditioned 45 m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Les Alizés residence. Its main advantage is a large terrace offering beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea, accessible directly from the living room through a large bay window. The beach is just 100 meters away and easily accessible on foot.
The accommodation can sleep up to 5 people. It has several sleeping areas:
An upstairs bedroom with a double bed measuring 140 x 200 cm.
A mezzanine with a single bed.
A Rapido-type convertible sofa in the living room with a 140 x 200 cm mattress.
The bright living room includes a comfortable lounge area with sofa, armchair and television, as well as a convivial dining area.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook just like at home. It includes a Senseo coffee machine, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a hairdryer.
The entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned to ensure optimal comfort throughout the year.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace furnished with garden furniture and two sun loungers, ideal for eating, relaxing or simply admiring the view of the Mediterranean.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark, or even renting bicycles and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside of July and August, the end-of-stay cleaning service is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €84 including VAT.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
