SO01 - This pleasant air-conditioned apartment is located in a gated residence with a communal seasonal swimming pool and pétanque courts.
This spacious, fully air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of the Les Sables d'Or residence. It enjoys a prime location just 50 meters from the beach and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the residence's communal swimming pool (open seasonally).
Fully equipped, it is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay with family or friends.
The living area includes a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), a television, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. This includes a filter coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a washing machine.
A sleeping area separated by a curtain is furnished with two additional sleeping spaces thanks to single bunk beds.
The bathroom has a shower, a sink and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added convenience.
The accommodation is entirely on one level once you enter the apartment. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to guarantee you a pleasant stay in any season.
A baby kit (travel cot and high chair) can be rented as an option at a price of €10 per stay.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant balcony furnished with garden furniture and an electric griddle, offering a view of the residence's parking lot.
The communal swimming pool is open during the summer months. The residence also offers common areas including a charcoal barbecue and a pétanque court.

The accommodation includes a private and numbered parking space in the heart of the residence.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from on-site parking. Numerous water sports are available on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The apartment is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault region.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Bed linen and bath kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an option for €10 per stay, ideal for travelling light with a young child.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €60 including VAT.
End-of-stay cleaning service is mandatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning services on site if not included in the reservation.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
