MLV03 - Superb single-story 3-room villa with its terrace and private garden.
Located in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this bright 54 m² villa is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and friendly stay. It includes two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, the other with a 160 cm bed, as well as a convertible sofa in the living room for an additional bed. Enjoy its large shaded wooden terrace and its vast private 150 m² garden, opening onto the residence's charming wooden walkways. The shared swimming pool, accessible to all residents, is open from June 1st to September 30th, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing vacation.
The accommodation includes 2 private parking spaces at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.
Vias offers its visitors 5 km of fine sandy beach, traditional markets with a warm atmosphere and preserved natural spaces to discover through pleasant discovery circuits, ideal for holidays in Occitanie.
This typical Occitan village nestled in a remarkable natural area is a modern and dynamic seaside resort. Vias is an ideal destination for a family vacation.
The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of €400 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €100 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
