With its 100 m², its large 200 m² garden without vis-à-vis and its careful decoration, it has everything to offer you a comfortable and relaxing stay.
On the ground floor:
- A cozy bedroom with double bed (140 cm)
- A modern bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, spacious living room, air conditioning, wifi and TV
Upstairs, an open mezzanine accommodates a double bed (140 cm) and an additional possible bed.
Outside, enjoy an enclosed garden, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, ideal for your moments of relaxation away from prying eyes.
The plus: you can park directly on the land or right in front of the house.
Perfectly located for strolling to the market, reaching the beach or exploring the region, this house is the ideal starting point for your vacation in Vias.
You can park one car on the plot. For other vehicles, parking is available on the street; it's free and easy to find.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or even renting bikes and the joy of riding along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly with on-site parking. Many water activities are offered on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a multitude of restaurants, bars and other shops.
The accommodation is located on a quiet, residential street.
By train: Vias train station is located 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger train station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airfield is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in Hérault.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested upon arrival.
Travelers must bring their own bed and bathroom linen.
Bed and bath linen kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat rate of €70 including tax.
Mandatory cleaning in July and August.
Payment for cleaning on site if not included in the reservation.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
